Terence (Terry) N. Bogush, CPA
Terry Bogush is one of the original partners at Bogush & Grady, CPAs, LLP. His more than 40 years experience in accounting includes income, estate & gift tax return preparation as well as audits of business and charitable organizations. Terry also handles our retirement plan services, cafeteria plan and business valuation clients.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants and
a Life-Time member of the VFW Post 7765 of Red Hook,
Terry lives in Milan, New York with his wife Bonita.

John A. Grady, CPA
John Grady co-founded Bogush & Grady, CPAs, LLP in 2002. He specializes in tax preparation, planning and consulting as well as auditing condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners associations.
John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants, Rhinebeck Chamber of Commerce and Northern Dutchess BNI (Business Network International).
John is a board member of The Center for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck and the Treasurer of the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (“CAI” – which is a national organization devoted to condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners associations). John is an active parishioner at St. Christopher’s Church in Red Hook and a member, past secretary, past treasurer and past trustee of the Hyde Park Council of the Knights of Columbus.
John resides in Milan, New York with his wife Lauren and their two sons.
